After training at the École Hôtelière de Poligny, I began my career in prestigious establishments such as the Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa, where I honed my skills in the hospitality field. My professional adventure has taken me through the most beautiful hotels in France and Switzerland, such as Les Airelles and Le Mirador Resort & Spa.
My love for mixology has blossomed over the years spent behind renowned bars, where I learned to perfect the art of cocktails, combining technique and creativity to offer drinks that are as aesthetic as they are delicious. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with my clients, whether they are novices or experienced.
At the École hôtelière de Lausanne, I had the opportunity to share my experience with future hospitality professionals. As a teacher, I trained and inspired many students, imparting practical and up-to-date knowledge.
